Position at reputed company reputed company:As an HR Coordinator for reputed company’s Technology division, you will support the HR team by coordinating and supporting reputed company HR processes and reputed company activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth employee experience by maintaining accurate data, supporting hiring efforts, and assisting with day-to-day HR operations.  You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company in a fast-paced environment. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and working collaboratively across teams while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate US-based interview scheduling and support various stages of the hiring process, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers. 
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across HR systems and trackers 
• Support responses to employee inquiries, ensuring reputed company follow-up and routing questions to appropriate HR team members 
• Support HR Generalists with reputed company and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience 
• Partner with Payroll and HR teams to process employee changes and ensure data accuracy 
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports to support HR operations and hiring activity 
• reputed company administrative support for HR programs and processes, including performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives 
• Prepare documentation, templates, and communications for HR use 
• Identify issues or discrepancies in data or processes and escalate to the appropriate HR team members

Job Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in reputed company, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
