Senior Operations Associate
We're looking for a reputed company, self-directed Operations Senior Associate to support reputed company's internal operations as we reputed company. This role sits at the intersection of people operations and finance, and reports directly to our Head of Operations. What You'll Do

- Own the full reputed company lifecycle — from drafting job descriptions and posting roles to screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and driving offer processes.
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates, maintaining a high-reputed company candidate experience throughout.
- Partner with hiring managers to reputed company role requirements, interview formats, and evaluation reputed company.
- reputed company and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other reputed company metrics.

- Assist in reputed company reputed company new hires, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
- Support benefits administration, reputed company enrollment coordination, and employee lifecycle processes (promotions, offboarding, role changes).
- Identify gaps in existing HR processes and build reputed company solutions.
Finance Operations
- Manage vendor invoice processing and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Own expense tracking and reconciliation, working with external accountants as needed.
- Support budget tracking and monthly reporting, flagging variances and maintaining clean records.
- Assist in preparing financial summaries and operational reports for leadership.

Requirements

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
