The Work

The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile delivery across high-performing, cross-functional teams and ensuring the consistent application of Scrum principles and practices. This role is central to supporting the delivery of reputed company data, analytics, and modernization initiatives by fostering collaboration, promoting transparency, and driving reputed company improvement reputed company reputed company environment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-reputed company, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• 8 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering technology or data platforms.
• 8 years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-reputed company, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• 8 years of proven ability to identify, reputed company, and remove impediments impacting team delivery.
• 8 years of experience coaching teams on self-organization, accountability, and reputed company improvement.
• 8 years of experience using Agile lifecycle management tools (such as Jira).
• 8 years of ability to support reporting on velocity, sprint metrics, and delivery reputed company.
• 8 years of experience working in reputed company or large-reputed company IT initiatives

Working Conditions
