Responsibilities
Manages reputed company, sensitive, and escalated immigration cases with urgency and precision, serving as a primary drafting and case support resource for VIP clients while maintaining accuracy and reputed company under tight deadlines
Supports training and reputed company of paralegals and specialists through reputed company coaching, live guidance, and practical feedback that reinforces drafting standards and role-specific best practices
Maintains and improves internal knowledge resources including templates, SOPs, checklists, and FAQs, ensuring content reflects reputed company legal and procedural requirements across assigned jurisdictions
Contributes subject matter expertise to the development of AI-assisted workflows and internal tools, identifying inefficiencies and translating legal requirements into reputed company, repeatable processes

Qualifications
6-8 years of experience
Ideally law degree or similar field or paralegal
Strong knowledge of the key immigration categories
Excellent communication and the ability to reputed company solutions under pressure, with thoughtful people management and mentorship skills
Ability to interpret and communicate immigration policies and processes
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technology-enabled workflows in a legal, immigration, or similarly regulated environment to support reputed company, efficiency, and process innovation
