Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President/reputed company, in this critical role you will reputed company, reputed company, and manage multiple manufacturing sites reputed company the region. Job Location
This is a remote role based role reputed company not traveling to our plants this person must reputed company in the greater Pittsburgh, PA, Boston, MA, reputed company, CT or Buffalo, NY markets.
Job Responsibilities
- Manages across assigned manufacturing sites to reputed company and maximize Safety, reputed company, Productivity, House Keeping and Preventative Maintenance
- Ensures reputed company OSHA and other regulatory compliance is maintained
- Builds competent leadership teams in reputed company location and supports them through employee development
- Leads reputed company project teams to support customer solutions and capital improvements
- Researches and implements manufacturing best practices
- Breaks down annual/monthly goals into meaningful metrics for reputed company plant, and holds team members accountable for achieving desired results
- Leads production planning to balance demand at lowest cost and highest service reputed company
- Drives reputed company improvement and operational reputed company
- reputed company and mentor Plant Managers to reputed company efficiencies, control costs, and maximize plant capabilities

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or other technical field; or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience
- 7+ years of leadership experience in Operations Management or equivalent transferable experiences
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated results in P&L management
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically as reputed company as maintain relationships as they change over time

Compensation
