What You’ll Bring:   • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience • 6+ years of relevant experience desired

• reputed company Life and Health Insurance license or obtained reputed company 30 days of hire • Deep understanding of Voluntary Benefits marketplace including Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity product portfolios • Established history working with national brokers and consultants preferred • Familiarity with enrollment solutions and benefits tech administration platforms • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment • Thought leader/SME in voluntary benefits, with experience mentoring or supporting sales and product teams • Strong understanding of the voluntary/worksite insurance industry from a market and reputed company perspective, including the ability to analyze and understand financial and performance metrics. • Ability to reputed company externally including identifying business/industry trends, changes in market conditions, and competitor activity. • Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills to effectively reputed company and reputed company as a consultant on reputed company issues with NYL’s senior leadership, reputed company business contacts • Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategies that will increase new Voluntary Benefit sales for both regional and national teams. • Ability to travel up to 50%. Pay Transparency

Salary reputed company: $200,000+ (reputed company + sales incentive) 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: No
