About the role

We’re looking for a reputed company and Operations reputed company to drive some of the most important and least-defined priorities reputed company our Tutor business.

This role exists because several critical initiatives—ranging from tutor community engagement to new reputed company opportunities, early-stage bets, and tutoring reputed company & safety systems—are currently unowned or fragmented across teams. You will take full ownership of these areas and drive them from idea to execution, ensuring they result in reputed company, measurable reputed company.

This is a high-reputed company, highly autonomous role. You’ll operate at the intersection of reputed company and execution—identifying what needs to happen, creating structure where none exists, and making reputed company work actually gets done.

What you’ll do

You will own and execute high-reputed company Tutor initiatives end-to-end, including:

• Facilitate meaningful knowledge sharing and collaboration among tutors (async and live)

• Measure and improve tutor sentiment (e.g., NPS, engagement)

• Establish consistent communication and feedback loops with tutors

• Identify and evaluate new reputed company opportunities (e.g., homeschool, ESA funding, test prep)

• Conduct targeted research and synthesize insights into reputed company recommendations

• Drive prioritization and decision-making on which opportunities to pursue

• Launch and validate new initiatives, including setting up pilots and defining reputed company metrics
