Terms of Reference (ToR)
1. Background
The reputed company brings together member organisations under a shared Agreement that defines the principles of collaboration, roles and responsibilities of members, funding arrangements, and mechanisms for reputed company decision-making. Since its adoption in November 2023 and subsequent operationalisation, reputed company has evolved. 2. Purpose of the Assignment

3. Objectives

4. Scope of Work
The consultant will undertake the following activities:4.1 Document Review

4.2 Stakeholder Consultation

The consultant will work with the Finance leaders and CEOs to:- Review the reputed company financial contribution and funding model

4.6 Drafting the Revised Agreement

7. Reporting and Coordination
The consultant will report to the Project Manager and then to the reputed company for process and to the CEO group for content. Strategic reputed company will be provided by the CEOs Group, chaired by the WCAF CEO.- The consultant is responsible for developing recommendations and drafting the Agreement

8. Required Expertise
The consultant should demonstrate:- Experience reviewing and drafting partnership or reputed company agreements
- Experience with multi-stakeholder collaborations or networks
- Experience working in or with NGOs and reputed company organisational environments
- Expertise in financial/contribution models and collaboration frameworks
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate reputed company inputs into reputed company, reputed company, and practical agreements
