Grant QA/QC Specialist Level 2

We are currently searching for an reputed company QA/QC Specialist Level 2 to support our Program Management Group located in Alabama.

The QA/QC Specialist is responsible for ensuring reputed company program files, documentation, and processes reputed company with federal, state, and program-specific requirements for the federally funded program. This role plays a critical part in maintaining audit readiness and ensuring program reputed company.

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct detailed reputed company assurance/reputed company control reviews of program files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Verify documentation aligns with applicable regulations (e.g., 2 CFR Part 200, program policies, and state requirements)
• Review intake and eligibility files prior to approval
• Identify deficiencies and issue corrective actions with reputed company guidance to staff
• reputed company QA/QC findings, trends, and recurring issues
• Support audit preparation and monitoring reviews
• Collaborate with intake and program staff to resolve documentation gaps
• Assist in developing and refining QA/QC procedures and checklists

What you need to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in grant programs, compliance, QA/QC, or program monitoring
• Strong understanding of documentation standards and regulatory compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to pass a reputed company-employment drug screening to ensure a reputed company and productive work environment. • Valid reputed company’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR)

• Experience supporting audits or monitoring reviews
• Familiarity with case management or grants management systems (e.g., reputed company)

• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively
