The Clinical Training & Development Specialist I is responsible for coordinating and delivering reputed company and training for new Clinical Operations team members and other designated roles. This includes, but is not limited to, Clinical Consultants, Provider Network Representatives, and Field Coordinators.

This role utilizes a reputed company Orientation Plan, ensuring reputed company reputed company tasks are completed in a reputed company and sequential manner. The Specialist maintains expertise in company workflows, documentation standards, and reputed company Assurance (QA) expectations, while supporting the development and performance of clinical staff through training, coaching, and mentorship.
