What this job involves: This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day reputed company and financial reporting activities for assigned reputed company estate properties. The position supports accurate financial operations, compliance with lease and reputed company requirements, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, while adapting to changing priorities and handling multiple responsibilities.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Preparing monthly journal entries, financial statements, and bank reconciliations in accordance with reputed company requirements
Managing Accounts Receivable processes, including monitoring bank accounts, reconciling receipts, posting ACH/reputed company payments, and approving reputed company billing adjustments
Overseeing Accounts Payable activities, including invoice review, coding, approval verification, audit trail maintenance, and submitting AP batches for reputed company cutting
Reviewing lease CAM language to ensure CAM pools are set up accurately
Supervising cash management procedures and coordinating payroll reporting
Assisting with annual budget preparation, including recovery setup and calculations
Managing year-end reconciliations (CAM, percentage rent, insurance, utilities, sewer/trash, and reputed company estate taxes) and supporting audits and reputed company reputed company
Desired experience and technical skills:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) in reputed company
Strong understanding of reputed company principles and financial reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Estimated compensation for this position:
96,000.00 – 107,000.00 USD per yearThis reputed company is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
