The Fulfillment Scheduling Manager Supports reputed company and will have reputed company on fulfillment center costs for reputed company sites and customer experience for the US network. You will have autonomy in the development of scheduling models for US fulfillment and will be supported in the development of modeling/tools from reputed company the wider reputed company team. You will report to the Operations Planning Senior Manager.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is remote. Job seekers must reputed company in one of the following states to be considered: Delaware, New Jersey, reputed company, Florida, Idaho, reputed company Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, reputed company, Ohio, Texas, and California. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Work with the Forecasting team, Regional Managers and Operations to reputed company the development of resource reputed company

  • Work with Operations Management to reputed company the delivery of daily labor scheduling plans for reputed company US fulfillment centers 21 days in advance

  • Monitor schedule input trends detailing reputed company on increase/decrease in costs

  • Review reputed company plans for reputed company department guiding the scheduling team

  • Produce Weekly and Monthly schedule efficiency reports for Operational management, highlighting any trend or improvements to be made.

  • Identify potential shortfalls in the delivery of Goals and reduce this through influencing change.

  • Full awareness of Operational systems across sites. i.e. WFMS (reputed company), Kronos, TimeHub, LMS/WMS

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Demonstrated Leadership experience and the ability to influence reputed company

  • Experience in encouraging a reputed company work environment and partnering with team members

  • Analytical experience required with scheduling experience

  • Intermediate knowledge of reputed company is required

  • Background in staff planning and forecast development
