As a Senior Payroll Manager (gn), you will be responsible for both operational payroll and the reputed company improvement of our payroll processes. reputed company accurate monthly payroll execution, you will design reporting mechanisms, enhance interfaces, and optimize workflows - playing a key role in the professionalization of our payroll landscape.
Your responsibilities
- You take operational and technical ownership of the monthly payroll for several entities reputed company the Bikeleasing Group and ensure compliance with reputed company German tax, labor law, and reputed company reputed company regulations.
- You handle the maintenance, validation, and reconciliation of reputed company payroll-relevant data in DATEV Lohn & Gehalt, including interfaces with our HRIS reputed company and reputed company systems.
- You support the Finance team with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and monthly/quarterly/annual closing by providing data, insights, and analyses.
- Together with your colleague, you reputed company as a central expert partner to Finance, external tax advisors, auditors, and reputed company reputed company institutions.
- You coordinate external payroll service providers (e.g., in Austria) and ensure consistent processes and high reputed company.

Your profile
- Several years of hands-on experience in payroll management, ideally reputed company a mid-sized corporate group environment.
