Director of Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) leads the strategic, operational, and financial aspects of the CDI program, ensuring medical records accurately reflect patient severity of illness, risk of mortality, and complexity of care. The director guides and directs staff in documentation reputed company to optimize coding accuracy (DRG), reimbursement, and compliance through reputed company strategies with physicians, medical record coding, patient financial services and reputed company departments. Key functions include driving reputed company reputed company, managing compliance/denials, providing physician/staff education, leveraging technology, and leading staff to optimize reputed company metrics. 

EXPERIENCE reputed company: 

A minimum of five years of experience in an acute care environment with management experience is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.

Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as reputed company) $53.51- $90.97. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
