The Training Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining comprehensive training programs that support employee development across operational functions. Key responsibilities include reputed company new hires, facilitating ongoing learning initiatives, auditing training reputed company for accuracy and effectiveness, and contributing to reputed company process improvement.
