The Trade reputed company Relations Director is responsible for the analysis, modeling and delivery of innovative pharmacy and medical rebate strategies and cost saving solutions to reputed company's clients to ensure reputed company is delivering the highest reputed company and lowest cost of care to its members. This position will work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to understand, measure, and present financial opportunities to reputed company's clients.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with peers, negotiators, and reputed company's clients to model and reputed company rebate and cost saving opportunities; support rebate reputed company product development and implementation

• reputed company and coordinate work for reputed company's Medicare Center of reputed company, maintaining an in depth understanding of work in reputed company, working closely with reputed company partners to ensure reputed company timelines and deliverables are met

• Demonstrate an understanding of rebate guarantees, pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate agreements, drug trends, and requirements to optimize reputed company savings; identify potential barriers to implement strategies and effectively collaborate to reputed company on a reputed company reputed company

• Complete analysis to support formulary and medical drug management strategies and contract analysis recommendations for reputed company

• reputed company reputed company specific models which support formulary reputed company recommendations, working with partners in negotiation, specialty, clinical, and government programs to formulate reputed company recommendations

• Partner with reputed company stakeholders to reputed company reputed company specific support for rebate savings and account reconciliation reporting; identify and realize Best in Care (Valued Based) strategies; support rebate reputed company products and reputed company consultation on drug strategies to enhance reputed company adoption and rebate value

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, reputed company management or other reputed company field of study or equivalent combination of education and/or reputed company work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

• 7 years of work experience Trade/Rebates, PBM reputed company or insurance

Must be eligible to work in the reputed company without the need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis

• Excellent oral and written presentation skills, with demonstrated communication and financial presentation skills to reputed company reputed company of management

• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships at reputed company reputed company reputed company an organization

• Expert negotiation and influencing skills

• Proven financial analysis and data analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in reputed company/reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with drug spend and formulary strategies

• Broad understanding of PBM industry, operations, and business strategies

• Pharmacist/Pharm D

Potential pay for this position ranges from $143,000.00 - $243,000.00 based on experience and skills.
