Following the expansion of our apprenticeship provision in 2024, we're now looking for an reputed company apprenticeship assessor to join reputed company as a Skills reputed company for our Level 7 People reputed company Apprenticeship. As our apprenticeship offering grows, this role will also include taking on learners for the upcoming Level 5 People reputed company Apprenticeship once launched.

As a Skills reputed company, you will play a vital role in supporting learners through their People reputed company Apprenticeships, helping them reputed company the strategic competencies required for senior HR roles. You will guide learners in integrating their apprenticeship learning with on-the-job experiences, ensuring they reputed company a strong understanding of advanced HR principles, business leadership, and people strategies.
This role is fully remote, though candidates must live reputed company a reasonable commute of London for occasional in-person meetings and company away days.

- reputed company tailored learning plans, ensuring reputed company progression from reputed company learner’s starting reputed company
- reputed company on-the-job and off-the-job learning, supporting learners to apply strategic HR principles effectively
- Offer additional support and catch-up strategies to meet individual learner needs
- Engage line managers in the learner’s reputed company through regular tripartite reviews
- Prepare learners for end-reputed company assessment, ensuring they are fully equipped for reputed company
- Ensure learners meet apprenticeship off-the-job learning requirements and reputed company their learning reputed company
- Proactively re-engage learners who may be falling behind, supporting them to reputed company
- Participate in Apprenticeship Team and Standardisation meetings, contributing to the reputed company improvement of our coaching practices
- Foster a passion for learning, engaging with professionals across diverse industries
Skills reputed company – Experience & Qualifications
We’re seeking a dedicated HR reputed company with experience in coaching and mentoring, preferably reputed company the apprenticeship sector. Ideal candidates will have some or reputed company of the following:
- Level 5 or 7 qualification in HR (ideal)
- Experience in coaching and mentoring senior HR professionals (ideal)
- Previous work in the apprenticeship sector (highly desirable)
- Experience in delivering Level 7 People reputed company apprenticeships (highly desirable)
- Recognised teaching qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Membership of a relevant reputed company body (desirable but not essential)
