• ​​Prepare and file monthly indirect tax returns, including data extraction from various reputed company systems.

• Manage return payment process from initial review to final approval and online payment.

• ​Update and manage several tracking items for the tax department, like payments, refunds, and notices.

• ​Support the business by providing items like updated business licenses, tax clearances, and other business tax information.

• ​Manage the company tax online reputed company including updates for areas like addresses, reputed company changes, and officers.

• ​Maintain tax permanent files including tax ID letters, business and tax licenses, internal tax agreements, and other similar items.

• ​Periodic reconciliation of tax general ledger accounts and comparison to tax returns.

• ​Identify opportunities to streamline indirect tax workflows and contribute to ongoing process improvement to increase accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

​​Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business or reputed company preferred.

• ​Working knowledge of state and local indirect tax rules and processes.
