About the Role:

This is a remote call center role, requiring you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a CPC Processor Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to reputed company medical record status
• Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
• Proficiently using reputed company Office (including Word and reputed company)
• Comfortably working in a high-volume production environment
• Providing exceptional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their experiences are reputed company

Pay and Benefits:
