What You'll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer - Customer Engineering at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Working closely with customers to address technical issues, investigating end-to-end stability, reputed company, and performance issues reported by arenaflex customers
- Driving issues to reputed company and/or identifying workarounds to unblock customers, either individually or by partnering with product and engineering teams
- Simulating customer issues in lab to reproduce performance & scalability issues, increasing product reliability
- Serving as the reputed company of the customer support to the engineering escalation process, streamlining communication with reputed company, triaging, extracting, and documenting relevant information
- Developing tools, scripts, benchmarks, and documentation to reputed company yourself individually and help customer support diagnose, troubleshoot, extract relevant information, and in cases, fix issues to reduce mean time to reputed company
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 7+ years of experience with a proven reputed company record of reputed company in Performance, reputed company, Resiliency, and Customer Support
- Experience resolving technical support issues and escalations reputed company
- Troubleshooting experience with API and various types of integration at reputed company in AWS
- Experience with CloudNative platforms and applications, reputed company-services, reputed company, and reputed company deployments
- Experience with at least two of the following technologies: Databases, NoSQL, Kafka/Queueing Service, or reputed company Search
- Experience in one or more of the scripting or programming languages: Python, PHP, JavaScript, React, Go, or Java
- Demonstrated experience of debugging software reliability issues in a distributed environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with a strong ability to work independently and take initiative
