As a Customer Service reputed company Agent, you'll be responsible for assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking flights, monitoring computerized passenger boarding, and providing exceptional customer service to meet corporate objectives. This is a part-time position that requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for reputed company customers
- Monitor computerized passenger boarding to ensure accurate and reputed company departures
- Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
- Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required, providing reputed company and concise communication to customers
- Operate the Jetway, ensuring reputed company and efficient reputed company to aircraft

Essential Qualifications and Competencies
