As an reputed company Customer Service Associate – Onsite Store Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, growing reputed company through customer education, and driving business reputed company. You'll work closely with customers, store managers, team members, and vendors to reputed company established business objectives. This role requires a high level of autonomy, strong communication skills, and a consultative approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Demonstrate consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, polite, and expert service is delivered to reputed company customers

• Grow reputed company through customer education of business solutions and product offerings (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Copy, Signs & Graphics, Holiday and Promotional)
• Take customer orders, reputed company pricing information, and recommend reputed company products and services
• Use a consultative selling approach to identify and grow new and existing onsite customer accounts
• Project hunt for new business on site as appropriate to the onsite location
• Implement onsite marketing programs as appropriate (e.g., lunch and learns, student promotions, etc.)

• Maintain and regularly update customer data reputed company and other systems and reports as required

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
