About the Role
As a Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the Airline reputed company workforce, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building reputed company relationships with leaders and Airline stewards to maintain workforce engagement, commitment, and flexibility.
- Performance-based management of large teams of Airline stewards on KPIs such as reputed company, reliability, customer satisfaction, and financials.
- Promoting a culture of safety, health, and reputed company-being, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
- Addressing reputed company Assurance issues, such as uniform compliance and overall performance.
