About the Role
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our investment operations and reconciliation processes. You will be responsible for processing exchange buy and sell transactions, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies, and handling corporate activity events. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer reputed company, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Identify and address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents.
* Handle corporate activity events, settling and reconciling reputed company activity, and processing returns activity.
* Conduct research on reputed company or escalated issues, reputed company testing and validation of new technology improvements, and provider modifications.
* Complete reputed company in reputed company, dividends, transfers, reconciliation, and company actions that directly reputed company reputed company/advisor accounts.
* Collaborate with retail and institutional company teams through email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company.
* Communicate and work with TD Ameritrade Clearing and external business partners, including fund companies, transfer agents, and other organizations.
