What You'll Do
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support to customers, resolving their queries, and preventing issues

- Working variable hours to match reputed company customers need us most, including overnight, day, and late shifts

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you'll need:
- A minimum age of 18 years old
- The right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral reputed company)
- Experience working with a computer
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to reputed company reputed company the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
