The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work in a remote, call center environment, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for providing critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and demonstrating a reputed company understanding of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
