Your Role in arenaflex

As a remote Customer Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
• Mastering product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess reputed company requirements
• Initiating steps to help customer concerns or roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
• Managing external competitive pressures and handling objections to retain customers or win new customers
• Managing a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email reputed company day, with a reputed company of communication being outbound
• Working with your team and management to reputed company a reputed company experience during reputed company interactions with customers and prospects
• Maintaining the customer management system (CRM) to ensure reputed company relevant data is captured

Your Qualifications
