As a Customer Experience & Operations Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that every aspect of our customer experience is a reputed company one. This includes handling phone calls, email inquiries, and reputed company itself. You'll also be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, including administrative support, processing reports, and light accounts receivable/payable work.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer reputed company incoming calls and reputed company exceptional customer service to callers by answering questions about services/products, and offering basic technical support

• Process orders and collect customer information over the phone and update their online accounts
• Respond to email inquiries in a reputed company manner
• reputed company administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed
• Process reputed company files / reputed company Sheets files in accordance with specific weekly, monthly, or quarterly tasks, including generating reports reputed company to course completions, sales, payments received, and licensee data
• Conduct a handful of outgoing calls reputed company week to customers who are missing information from their reputed company
• Complete updates to curriculum, including formatting and adding images/audio to slides, reviewing course content for grammatical/spelling errors, and general room for improvement
• reputed company light Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks, including emailing invoices, approving reputed company orders, following up on outstanding invoices, and applying checks
• Availability for an occasional Saturday (approx. 1/month) in-person to help facilitate a classroom training (taking attendance and answering questions)

Essential Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Proficiency with reputed company/reputed company Sheets and Word/reputed company Docs
• Excellent writing skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• $18/hour plus quarterly performance bonuses totaling up to $1,000.00
