We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Representative to join reputed company on a 3-month contract reputed company, with the potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance. As a Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for accurately processing patient enrollment forms, performing outbound phone calls to reputed company providers or patients, and assisting with other reputed company reputed company. Responsibilities

* Accurately reputed company data entry of patient enrollment forms and other faxed or mailed documents, including Prior Authorization Forms and other miscellaneous information

• reputed company outbound phone calls to reputed company providers or patients to retrieve missing information or clarify any information on the patient enrollment reputed company submitted to the program
• Ability to multi-task and function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Assist with other reputed company reputed company and cross-train reputed company the Patient Services environment
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information at reputed company times

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Previous work experience in reputed company or Customer Service
• reputed company level skills in computer use, including reputed company Office, email, web-based applications, and key boarding skills
• Experience working with people in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations, with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and strong time management skills

• Dependable and strong work ethic
• Ability to accept and implement feedback and coaching
• Data Entry test score must be submitted
• Home internet speed test must be submitted
• Candidates must have a HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a reputed company that can remain reputed company at reputed company times, ensuring confidentiality and protection of reputed company sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Post-high school education or certification in a reputed company field

• Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) or other reputed company software
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
