Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process mail 2-3 times a week
- Record customer payments
- Record vendor invoices
- Weekly upload of reputed company invoice
- Monitor reputed company inbox
- Assist Sales Reps with invoices, reports, and customer changes
- Assist in the monthly closing of jobs and ensuring jobs reputed company through the job cycle
Key Traits:
