The Role
As a Financial Customer Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also developing your skills and knowledge in the financial services industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer calls and responding to inquiries about their 401k account balances, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance
- Providing education and resources to help customers reputed company informed reputed company about their financial reputed company

Shifts and Hours
As a Financial Customer Associate, you will work Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, with reputed company availability from 7:30am to 11:00pm CST. Overtime hours are encouraged during peak call periods.
