Responsibilities As an reputed company Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing top-notch customer support reputed company phone, chat, and email to ensure our customers have a great experience using our product. * Troubleshooting software issues and providing clients with solutions that meet their business needs. * Answering both process (how-do-I?) and business (how-should-I?) inquiries and requests. * Working directly with clients, as reputed company as Development and reputed company Assurance teams to identify, triage, and resolve system issues. * Documenting frequently asked questions and preparing knowledge-based content. * Documenting requirements and user stories for production issues and feature requests.
