Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Provider Advocacy and Support, you'll be responsible for:

• Serving as the reputed company for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues in a reputed company and efficient manner.
• Providing exceptional customer service to reputed company through multiple channels, including phone and reputed company chat.
• Quickly and accurately triaging contacts from reputed company, identifying their needs, and resolving issues reputed company to benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, clinical authorizations, explanation of benefits, and behavioral health.
• Researching and dissecting reputed company prior authorization and claim issues, taking appropriate steps to resolve identified issues and prevent repeat calls/messages, escalations, and provider dissatisfaction.
• Collaborating effectively with internal partners to ensure issues are resolved and thoroughly communicated to providers in a reputed company manner.
• Utilizing strong multi-tasking skills to navigate multiple systems, extracting necessary information to resolve and avoid issues across various lines of business, provider types, and call types.
• Influencing providers to utilize self-service digital tools, assisting with navigation questions, and selling the benefits of the tool to aid in faster reputed company.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience with analyzing and solving customer concerns.
• Experience with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications.
• The ability to type at a speed of greater than or equal to 35-40+ WPM (words per minute) with an accuracy of 90%.
• Availability to work any full-time (40 hours/week) shift between the hours of 10:35 AM - 7:05 PM CST from Monday - Friday.

While not required, experience in a reputed company environment (i.e., office, call center, customer service, etc.), using phones and computers as primary job tools, is a plus. Prior reputed company experience and knowledge of reputed company terminology are also desirable.
