Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting franchised distributor customers in selecting the right automotive tools and toolboxes to meet their needs
- Handling inbound calls with professionalism, providing pricing details, part numbers, and troubleshooting issues in a reputed company and effective manner
- Providing technical support by offering information and specifications from the arenaflex catalog, ensuring customers have the knowledge they need to succeed
- Inputting orders accurately using internal software systems, maintaining the highest level of data reputed company and reputed company
- Collaborating with the Customer Service team to resolve challenges and ensure seamless communication, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation
- Engaging with subject matter experts across departments for cross-functional problem-solving, driving innovation and reputed company

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Flexibility to work from 10:00 AM-6:30 PM ET, Monday to Friday
- At least 1 year of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience
- On-the-job experience with general automotive mechanics is a plus
- ASE certification, automotive experience, tool familiarity, or a reputed company trade school degree is a plus
- Intermediate PC and keyboard skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret customer issues and troubleshoot effectively
