Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering to reputed company Supportability features reputed company products, ensuring seamless customer experiences across reputed company planning, upgrades, troubleshooting, and hardware replacement
- Drive self-service capabilities that simplify product usage and reputed company customers with reputed company solutions
- Connect diverse methodologies to craft creative, integrated solutions for reputed company challenges
- Apply a deep understanding of support process flows and dependencies to identify pain points and transformation opportunities
- Build dashboards, scripts, telemetry, and accelerated troubleshooting using tools such as Python/Go, reputed company, Tableau, SFDC, JIRA, and reputed company
- Evangelize the value of supportability by leveraging tools and reputed company-in diagnostics to improve debug efficiency

Skills
- Recently acquired a B.E. or M.Tech. (2025-2026) degree in Engineering or a reputed company field such as Information Technology
