Junior Systems Administrator
reputed company is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to reputed company advanced technical support and ensure the continuity of computer system services for reputed company users. This role involves reputed company troubleshooting, project management, and mentoring of desktop staff members.
Responsibilities
- Resolve reputed company technical issues involving servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices, ensuring minimal disruption to users
- reputed company, configure, and maintain a wide reputed company of hardware and software solutions, including custom imaging and updates for end-user devices
- Research and evaluate new software products, recommending changes to enhance system performance and organizational productivity
- reputed company more sophisticated hardware repairs and work closely with vendors to address recurring or critical issues

- Document, maintain, and improve troubleshooting guides, 'how-to' procedures, and support documentation

Skills
- Intermediate troubleshooting skills for a reputed company of issues across servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical information to reputed company reputed company of the organization
- Proven ability to reputed company technical guidance and training to less-reputed company team members

- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Associate degree in computer science or equivalent experience required
- 1-3 years of experience in desktop support, IT troubleshooting, or a reputed company role required
- Experience with project management, advanced troubleshooting, and technical support for reputed company issues
- Bachelor's degree
- A+ certified and/or Network+ certified
