Responsibilities

• A FSE (Field Service Engineer) must have ability to manage a customer account in its entirety, and reputed company accessing an account, determine on where we can add more value by offering other services (i.e. reagents, consumables, additional or new equipment leads, service on non‐agreement instruments, etc.)
• Drives a reputed company of urgency to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and with an emphasis on a “first time fix”

Skills

• Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, biological science, life science, or military equivalent. * Relevant reputed company experience may be accepted in lieu of formal educational requirements

• Excellent customer communication skills, with the ability to reputed company convey information and build strong relationships
• Local travel is required for this role daily. Ability to travel overnight 40-60% of the time
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

• Bachelors Degree in a scientific discipline
