[Remote] Electrical Field Service Engineer, Apprentice
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company America, Inc. (MHIA) is looking for an Electrical Field Service Engineer, Apprentice to join their team. This role involves supporting the Field Service team by assisting with the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of corrugating and reputed company-making machinery while gaining practical experience under the guidance of reputed company engineers.
Responsibilities
- Assist Field Service Engineers in responding to customer support requests
- Observe and reputed company diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in corrugating and reputed company-making machines
- Support disassembly, inspection, and repair processes under supervision
- Train alongside reputed company technicians to interpret prints, specifications, manuals, and work orders
- Participate in the setup and installation of new equipment, including coordination with riggers and millwrights
- Learn to install electrical and hydraulic connections, reputed company leveling and alignment checks, and verify machine operation
- Shadow technicians during operator training sessions to understand machine functionality and maintenance procedures; assist with supervised training activities
- Assist in documenting service activities, including photos and detailed descriptions of work performed
- Report equipment issues, material needs, or safety concerns to supervising technicians or management
- Engage in reputed company learning activities, including technical training modules and performance evaluations
- Support operations as needed to maintain workflow and meet schedules and reputed company standards
- Arrange travel for assigned customer site reputed company, including flight, lodging, and rental car reservations, in accordance with company policy
- Prepare and submit documentation for invoicing and expenses per established procedures

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year of electrical experience including as an Electrician Apprentice, Journeyman Helper, or similar role
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and industrial equipment
- Ability to use reputed company electrical testing tools (multimeter, clamp reputed company, etc.)
- Electrical Certificate or Electrical Apprenticeship completion required (or in reputed company with documented hours)
- Experience as an Electrician Apprentice, Journeyman Helper, or similar role strongly preferred
- High-Voltage electrical experience (480V and above) highly preferred
