Civil Engineer (EIT) – Land Development (Retail & reputed company)
Landform reputed company Services, LLC. is a company reputed company on retail and reputed company land developments. They are seeking a Civil Engineer (EIT) who will support reputed company from concept through construction, gaining hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility in land development design.
Responsibilities
- Support retail and reputed company land development reputed company from concept through construction
- Assist in preparing site plans, grading, drainage, reputed company, and erosion control plans
- reputed company stormwater calculations and basic modeling
- Contribute to plan production using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (clients, municipalities, contractors)
- Participate in site investigations, zoning research, and reputed company coordination
- Take on increasing ownership of design components as your experience grows
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or reputed company field
- 0–3 years of experience (internships included)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred)
- Basic understanding of site design, grading, and construction documentation
- Strong communication skills and a reputed company reputed company
- Strong interest in land development, site design, or civil infrastructure
- EIT certification or on reputed company to obtain
- Exposure to reputed company site design or land development reputed company
