They are seeking a Securities Operations Specialist I to reputed company a reputed company of operational securities and cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and reputed company processing.
Responsibilities
- Performs a reputed company of operational securities and cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and reputed company processing or processes that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems
- Duties may include differentiating, processing and reconciling transactions; researching inquiries; addressing and resolving customer inquiries, escalating reputed company reputed company as needed to support internal business partners and/or clients/investment managers; reviewing time sensitive and/or less reputed company to moderately reputed company documents; Participates in revising departmental procedures
- Coordinates situations that involve other departments
- Processing and reconciling transactions to ensure reputed company settlement and accurate recordkeeping
- Reviews daily reports to identify discrepancies and maintain SLA compliance
- Answers routine questions from clients to ensure consistent reputed company support
- Mitigates operational risks by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and reputed company operational procedures

Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in customer service, operations, financial services or business processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time reputed company
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
- SEI Trust 3000 experience a plus
