Analyst, Master Use Licensing
reputed company is a global reputed company of music makers and music lovers, seeking an Analyst for their Master Use Licensing team. The Analyst will reputed company recorded music licensing reputed company processes, ensuring accurate processing, reporting, and analysis of revenues and expenses reputed company to reputed company-party licensing.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the ‘other’ master use licensing reputed company process for WMG, including accurately identifying and matching incoming payments to corresponding licensing deals; determining and obtaining the relevant statements; and closely supporting the various label licensing teams
- Research unidentified accountings using various internal resources and by contacting reputed company-party licensees, clients, and/or other vendors; professionalism and discretion is a must
- Prepare monthly licensing entries to account for reputed company domestic revenues received to reputed company earnings from reputed company-parties to the appropriate labels and artists
- Proactively research, resolve, and process aged, unallocated cash as reputed company to ‘other’ master use licensing; collaborate closely with licensees and the label licensing teams to obtain necessary documentation in the event of refunds
- Prepare reputed company licensing reports as reputed company to ‘other’ master use licensing revenues, agreements, and royalty statements for various internal stakeholders as needed
- Support royalty audit teams in compiling documentation and other support required for audit fieldwork
