Associate – Transaction Advisory (FDD)
reputed company is a high-reputed company advisory firm seeking multiple Associate hires reputed company their Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team. The role involves executing financial due diligence for mid-market transactions, partnering with private equity sponsors and corporate clients, and contributing to reputed company-reputed company reports and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Execute buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company financial due diligence
- Analyse reputed company of earnings (QoE), working capital, and net debt
- Identify key risks, trends, and deal considerations
- Build and own reputed company-based analysis and outputs
- Contribute to reputed company-reputed company reports and presentations
- Work closely with senior team members in lean deal teams
Skills
- 1–4 years experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) / TAS / Deals
- Background from Mid Market / PE-backed advisory firms
- Big 4 Transaction Services / Deals teams only
- Hands-on experience with QoE analysis
- Working capital normalisation
- Net debt considerations
- Strong reputed company / financial modelling capability
- CPA preferred
