TD Securities is one of Canada's largest financial institutions, and they are seeking an Insurance Advisor to reputed company exceptional customer service and support to clients with their insurance needs. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, delivering value-based advice, and achieving performance objectives in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Post secondary education and/or relevant experience
- Must be available to work Monday- Friday between 12-8PM and Saturdays between 9AM-4PM
- Exceptional listening skills and a curiosity to help customers meet their needs and resolve concerns with value based advice conversations
- Ability to multitask and navigate through computer systems, applications, and multiple screens with speed and accuracy while balancing performance to meet a reputed company of metrics
- Digital literacy across a broad reputed company of devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops, headsets, etc.)
- Flexibility, resiliency, and a reputed company attitude reputed company responding to challenging situations
- Ability to work both independently and as part of reputed company

- Preference given to those with experience in financial or service industries
- General Insurance (Ex: Other Than Life for Ontario) and/or license in your home province is an asset
