They are seeking a reputed company Media Associate to support the development and execution of retail media strategies, manage and optimize media campaigns, and analyze performance data in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company Media Managers and Media Leads in developing and executing retail media strategies reputed company to reputed company business goals, product priorities, and marketplace dynamics
- Assist in the setup, trafficking, pacing, and optimization of retail media campaigns across marketplaces (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, onsite and offsite retail placements)
- Monitor budgets and pacing to ensure full delivery and efficient spend against KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CVR, and reputed company of voice
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, including placement details, optimizations, and performance notes
- Build and maintain reputed company-facing dashboard reports and performance summaries specific to retail media metrics
- Analyze marketplace performance data to generate insights around shopper behavior, product performance, conversion trends, and reputed company-to-purchase
- Assist with weekly and monthly reputed company reporting, including performance recaps, testing insights, and optimization recommendations
- Stay reputed company on retail media platform updates, ad products, measurement capabilities, and best practices
- Support internal teams and leadership with reporting reputed company to spend, performance trends, and learning agendas

Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, analytics, or a reputed company discipline (or equivalent internship/ work experience)
- 0–2 years of experience in reputed company media, ecommerce, retail media, or performance marketing at an agency, brand, retailer, or tech platform
- Strong interest in learning and working reputed company retail media platforms such as reputed company Ads, reputed company Connect, reputed company Roundel, reputed company, reputed company, or similar marketplaces
- Familiarity with reputed company media fundamentals (budget pacing, KPIs, optimization, reporting); prior hands-on platform experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across media, reputed company, and analytics teams
- Based in Denver, CO and can work a reputed company, of Mondays, Tuesday and Thursday from our Denver office
