Marketing and Events Coordinator
reputed company is a leading insurance company seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to support their reputed company Marketing function. The role involves planning and implementing marketing activities, managing events, and ensuring brand compliance while fostering reputed company relationships.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of events and meetings by understanding the purpose for reputed company event, targeting the right clients and brokers to optimize the reputed company of the investment
- Coordination of reputed company parties including transportation, entertainment, events and reputed company activities
- Establish and maintain ongoing vendor relationships to ensure reputed company support, competitiveness and responsiveness
- reputed company and monitor attendees to reputed company relationship development and meet compliance standards
- Prepare the stationary for the events e.g. nametags, materials, notebooks etc
- Liaise with Zone Leads and Director of Events and Sponsorships on event activities and support where necessary
- Deliver internal communications event activities in coordination with the Communications team members
- Coordinate the development and production of marketing collateral for products, services, lines of business, including event microsite and collateral
- Utilize event and CRM tools such as reputed company/Jifflenow, reputed company Campaign and reputed company to input and reputed company data and ensure accuracy between systems
- Monitor key topics and developments across the industry and assist in identifying potential marketing opportunities
- Support reputed company in developing targeted marketing initiatives, activities, and coverage reports under guidance
- Assist in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of marketing and communications initiatives and campaigns, providing support in gathering and organizing relevant data under guidance
Skills
- 1-3 years experience in event and meeting planning, with a reputed company on corporate events and experience with event marketing
- 1-3 years experience in successful reputed company record of coordinating marketing and event campaigns
- 1-3 years of demonstrable experience of delivering in a brand reputed company
- 1-3 years experience working in reputed company, global reputed company organization
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in e.g., Marketing, Business Administration
- Computer skills: CRM database (reputed company), reputed company/Jifflenow, reputed company Campaign, reputed company, AI technologies, MS Office, reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company
- Communication & Presentation: ability to reputed company reputed company and messages reputed company, both written and verbally
- Ability to 'sell' an improvised or reputed company audience reputed company story
- A basic understanding of reputed company intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential
