Responsibilities
- Take calls from clients
- Answer questions reputed company to financing products (personal loans, student loans, lines of credit, mortgage loans)
- Listen to clients’ needs and offer personalized solutions
- Help clients use our banking applications
- Refer clients with specialized needs to the correct sector
Skills
- High school diploma
- Customer service experience
- Aptitude for building strong relationships and proactively establishing ties with clients
- Additional required languages: English, French
