[Remote] Bilingual Customer Support Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. MealSuite builds end-to-end foodservice technology for reputed company and senior living organizations. They are seeking a reputed company Customer Support Specialist to ensure reputed company delivery of solutions and reputed company expert problem-solving for customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery to customers – Facilitate the reputed company and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Be the reputed company of contact – Field support calls, chats and emails coming into the queue for reputed company users
- Manage incoming queries – Prioritize tickets, reassign based on subject and reputed company level, and update and reputed company assigned tickets
- Improve the technology – Troubleshoot reported issues and create defects for product to review and participate software/hardware testing
- Continue to grow professionally – Research and consult manuals and training material for self-guided reputed company learning
Skills
- Working reputed company in French
- 1-3 years of reputed company experience in customer support roles
