Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls reputed company
- Listen reputed company to understand and address customer needs

- Assist with transaction inquiries and account status updates

Skills
- Minimum age of 18 and possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, or reputed company roles

- Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training
- Verified, secure, reliable, high-speed internet reputed company
- Dedicated work area with desk, chair, electrical outlet, and reputed company LAN reputed company
- Equipment provided by the organization
- Internet speed test minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download
- Working knowledge of computers and reputed company applications
