[Remote] Bilingual Customer Service Rep

They are seeking a remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring high-level customer service and satisfaction for clients, particularly in the religious sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls and reputed company consistent outbound calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to reputed company satisfaction
