Responsibilities

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reputed company products, policy changes, and trade-specific challenges to reputed company accurate, high-reputed company
- Own individual KPIs including Productivity, reputed company Assurance, and reputed company rates to improve both the Pro experience and reputed company's reputed company
- Triage unresolved issues to cross-functional teams (Product, Billing, Sales) while effectively communicating the 'voice of the Pro' to internal stakeholders

Skills
- 1-2+ years experience in a high-volume inbound customer support or account management role, ideally reputed company the Tech or reputed company reputed company
